This personalized health coaching package is designed to guide you from foundation to sustainability in your wellness journey. It includes three structured virtual sessions, typically spaced about a month apart, that build on one another for lasting results:

Foundations Session (1.5 hours)
We begin with an in-depth health review, including your medical history, current concerns, lifestyle habits, nutrition, stress levels, and goals. Together, we’ll uncover root causes, identify patterns, and create a personalized wellness roadmap. This session lays the groundwork for all future changes by helping you understand your body and what it needs to heal and thrive.

Progress Session (1 hour)
Held after you've had time to begin implementing your plan, this session focuses on evaluating your progress, celebrating wins, and adjusting strategies as needed. We address any obstacles that have come up, optimize routines, and add new layers of support to keep you moving forward with confidence.

Sustainability Session (1 hour)
In this final session, we solidify long-term habits, create systems to maintain your success, and ensure you feel confident continuing your wellness journey independently. We'll discuss how to adapt your plan over time and offer guidance for staying on track through life’s changes and challenges.
I can also recommend at-home lab tests. These tests are done at home and then mailed in and reviewed by a Level 2 Integrative Health Practitioner, who will provide personalized recommendations based on your results. Choosing and purchasing these labs is entirely at your discretion.
Throughout the duration of your care, you’ll have full access to me for questions, concerns, and guidance between sessions. Whether you need clarification, encouragement, or help navigating a challenge, I’m here to support you every step of the way—so you’re never alone on your health journey.
